If you ask people what is the one food they crave the most when dieting, it is usually breads.  Being from the south, we understand that bread is a part of almost every dinner plate.  However, the seemingly simple side packs massive problems for those who are watching their intake.

Introducing Carb-Free Bread

Yes, you read that right!  It is officially called “Carb-Free Cloud Bread” but we won’t go into the details of that.  Basically, this mixture consist of eggs, cream cheese, honey and baking powder.  Once mixed you pop little dollops on a baking pan for a quick trip in the over.  What comes out is magical.
