Folks always seem to expect me to make a weight-loss or fitness-related New Year’s resolution.
And I almost never them down.
I have multiple health-related goals and the new year is a certainly a good time to assess those goals and make one or more of them a priority.
But those folks also always seem to expect me to achieve those resolutions.
No pressure, though, right?

I certainly wouldn’t be the upstanding, productive cog in the wheel that I am if I didn’t feel a certain accountability to my family, my coworkers, friends, clients, and to the world around me.
And I don’t mean I’d be out burning down empty warehouses for giggles, but I sincerely believe I wouldn’t have the motivation necessary to do all that I do on a day-to-day basis.
