There can be many instances when you just pour something in your food without measuring the quantity. Then, without noticing, you take in many more calories than you should. It is recommended that you practice portion control when you eat.

Alcohol

It might not seem too problematic when you are trying to lose weight, but using alcohol can actually stop your body from losing weight. You are going to end up eating not only more food but also unhealthy food.  These choices will affect the dieting that you have been doing for so many days. Keep off the booze if you want to lose weight.

Not Getting Enough Exercise

It is very important to create a routine and exercise each day. Unless you spend some time exercising, it is going to be extremely difficult for you to lose weight. Make sure you are getting enough exercise of you want to lose those extra pounds.

Not Eating Enough Vegetables

Vegetables can come in real handy if you are trying to lose weight. They are highly nutritious and will keep you full for a long time. They are also a great source for fiber. Thus, eat healthy and include vegetables in your diet. It will help you in losing weight.
