- Take 1.5 cup of 1% low fat milk
- 1 frozen banana chopped to slices
- 1 cup spinach chopped in little pieces
- 2 table spoons of old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 table spoon ground flax seed
Blend these until smooth, throw in a straw and enjoy! This is a meal and a drink combined in one to keep you full and away from the fizz.
5. Drink enough water
Having a good diet plan without having enough water to drink is not going to work. We recommend you drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. People who drink more water tend to lose more weight than those who don’t. Plus, it is good for your skin and a natural mood booster!
